Prosper Honore Sugewe – Executive Director
Prosper Honore Sugewe is an alumnus of the Wolverhampton Institute of Financial Studies (UK) and the member of Lincoln`s Inn. He holds a Master in International Corporate Finance and a Master in Business Law. He has 10 years of economic and development research experience both in UK and in Africa. He is the founder andthe Editor in Chief of HPS Financial Review Magazine. Prior to HPS Financial Review, Prosper was founder andthe Senior Economic and Financial Analyst of HPS International Consulting Limited. A global network of professional firms specializing in structured finance for Governments and private institutions in emerging and transitional countries. He possess the expertise in accessing numerous Development Finance Institutions, Export Credit Agencies, Private Equity Funds, Sovereign Funds, Governmental lending and Guarantee programs in the UK, USA, EU, Middle East & Asia Pacific.
He pioneered the development of credit rating framework for MFIs and has been instrumental in mainstreaming credit rating and flow of commercial funds to the sector. He has provided consultancy to international organizations like UNDP, ADB & ILO, authored numerous sector reports during his career and has published extensively in major journals as well as in the print media.
Prosper currently sits on the boards of numerous private companies operating in Africa and in the UK.
Dr Ascanio Graziosi –Chairman of the rating committee unit
Senior Banking Consultant & Specialist in - Microfinance, Evaluation and Governance.
Dr Ascanio Graziosi accumulated 30 years of work experience in 28 Countries, which provided him with In-depth knowledge of retail banking and microfinance industry along with project management & evaluation in the emerging economies. He collaborates with the major international development organizations including World Bank Group, Ministry of Foreign Affairs-Italy, EU Commission (EDF, Tacis, Phare, Meda, Aid), Danish Cooperation, FAO, UNDP, WHO and private Firms in: East Europe & Russia Federation, Caribbean, Central Asia, and Africa. Since 2007, he has been working overseas in leadership position only.
Since 1983 he has been providing EU, EU-TACIS, EU-PHARE, FAO, ITALIAN COOPERATION, DANISH COOPERATION, UNDP, WORLD BANK and other development agencies with banking & financial advisory services.
Emmanuel Nyugap–Senior Analyst

His association with E Watch Africa began in 2013 and since then he had led in various assignments across the United Kingdom and 10 other countries in sub-Sahara Africa in microfinance, enterprise promotion and BDS and micro-insurance. His key areas of expertise are in designing large-scale research projects, conducting monitoring and evaluation of programmes, business planning, product development and capacity and risk assessment/rating of microfinance institutions.
ROSE DANIELLE TEGANKAM FOPA – Senior Analyst
Rose holds MBA degree from the London School of Business and Finance, She has professional experience in financial services industry with strong analytical skills and proven track records of identifying and resolving business problems whilst optimizing available resources. She is a certified Chartered Accountant & Registered Auditors in England and Wales. She joined E.Watch Africa monitoring and evaluation consulting group in 2013 and since then she has undertaken a number of assignments including credit/social ratings of MFIs and other technical and advisory services projects in the microfinance sector.
Steve B. Seha Keumetio – Analyst
Steve is a Consultant in business development and Analysis. Master in Economic and Finance from the University of Yaounde II. Steve has worked across various in Cameroun in performing financial ratings, risk diagnostics, loan portfolio audits, due-diligences, systems’ evaluation, and social ratings of micro-finance institutions of various legal forms.
